Here it is: the long awaited Brewmaster Dinner. As you have already heard, Lead Brewer Dave and Chef Jim have been working together to design a wonderful and unique dinner: Pairing special editions of our beers with Game meats.
But now we are releasing the details:

What will be so special about the Special Editions of our beers? Some of our beers will be casked and allowed to age longer than normal. Casking ales are part of traditional English brewing. As the beers are being put into the casks, one or two will be "dry hopped," which means that more hops are added to the cask. In keeping with English tradition, the ale will be served at room temperature, and has a lower carbonation level than typical American beers.
