Known as "Pub cheese," it has hints of chive & onion.
Commonly served with a strong, dark ale.

Lightly coated alligator, sauted with hot peppers and
drizzled with a tangy relish sauce.

Quail Salad


Pulled quail meat over mescal greens served with our popular stout vinaigrette salad dressing.

Sweet & Hearty thick stew with onions, celery, potatoes, carrots and a hint of rosemary.
