April 2004

It started with the first lumber delivery on April 1st (no fooling), then came the rain, then more rain and again more rain.

Despite all that, the guys at Millville Restoration were still able to meet all of our target dates. As of this newsletter I am happy to report that the entire basement and first floor of the new addition have been completed.

The first floor includes a spacious kitchen, two restrooms and a very nice size waiting area and hostess station.

The basement comes complete with a 20 x 10 walk in cold room (with drainage floor) which will house our six 9bbl serving tanks (with plenty of room for expansion).

All of this was completed despite 8 rain days, one incompetent steel manufacturer, opening day of fishing season (the guys at Millville are big fisherman), and hundreds of interruptions by Scott and I.

With that said, if any of our readers are ever looking for a great reliable building / roofing / concrete company, give us a call and we will be happy to refer them.

The Sharing of Stupid Knowledge, by Steve B. - When traveling and staying at a hotel make sure you choose the side of the bed away from the phone.

That's it for now, sorry for the short note but things are really starting to cook now!

Cheers, Steve B.
